Workforce Steering Committee

The Bulloch County Workforce Steering Committee was created from restructuring the previous Career Technical & Agricultural Education Steering Committee.  The committee now consists of a collaborative team, and education team and a community team to work toward accomplishing the Workforce Development Plan for 2022 to 2025.

Collaborative Team

This team is responsible for Goal #1. It consists of the following leaders:

  • Bulloch County Schools' Executive Director of Program Improvement (Facilitator)
  • Development Authority of Bulloch County's Manager of Economic Development Programs
  • Ogeechee Technical College's Director for Business & Industry Training
  • Career Technical & Agricultural Education Leaders
  • Community Partners
Education Team

This team is responsible for Goal #2. It consists of the following leaders:

  • Bulloch County School's Career Technical & Agricultural Education Director (Facilitator)
  • Career Technical & Agricultural Education Instructors
  • Bulloch County Schools Counselors
  • Post-secondary and Higher Education Partners
  • Business, Industry, and Agricultural Partners
  • Community Partners
Community Team

This team is responsible for Goal #3. It consists of the following leaders:

  • Bulloch County School's Lead Work-Based Learning Coordinator (Facilitator)
  • School-level Work-Based Learning Coordinators
  • Bulloch County Schools Counselors
  • Government and Military Representatives
  • Post-secondary and Higher Education Partners
  • Business, Industry, and Agricultural Partners
