4Once the school year has begun, students are expected to remain in the Virtual Program for the entirety of the 2022-2023 school year.
Parent Request to Change from Face-to-Face to Virtual Program: After School
Has Started
Parents may continue to apply for the Virtual Program throughout the first semester of the school year. 4After school has begun, students will only be placed from the waiting list during two designated periods:
- at the end of the first nine-weeks grading period; and
- at the end of the second nine-weeks grading period.
Any placements off the waiting list are subject to space availability in the requested grade level. Students shall not be placed into the virtual program after the beginning of the second semester.
4 Exceptions may apply for students with documented and approved hardship cases meeting district criteria. Parents with hardships should speak to the Virtual Program Administrator for more information.
