Bulloch County Residency
The Bulloch County Schools Virtual Program is only available to children of 1full-time residents of Bulloch County. While families of virtual learners may enjoy some travel and parental visitation flexibility, the primary registering parent must remain a full-time resident. The district may periodically request updated proof of residency to ensure compliance with this requirement.
Students no longer living in Bulloch County will be withdrawn from Bulloch County Schools immediately. Upon withdrawal, a parent may enroll their child(ren) in the school district in which they reside, elect to home school their child(ren), or enroll their child(ren) in another private, parochial, or charter school program. Failure to provide evidence of transfer to the school district within 45 days of withdrawal will result in a referral to the Division of Family and Children Services, as required by O.C.G.A. 20-2-785.
