How Do I Make Payments & Purchases?
  • You can use Campus Payments if you are the parent or guardian of a child at one of the pilot program schools, and you have an active Campus Parent account
  • You can use Campus Payments if you are an enrolled student who is at least 18 years of age, and you have an active Campus Student account
  • If you are an extended family member or community member who wants to support a student or school, you can you the public School Store icon on one of the pilot schools' websites to make certain limited purchases and donations. These may vary by school, but some examples are ice cream passes, field trips, school spirit gear, or donations to the school.

Online payments and purchases can be made from any Internet-enabled device with a secure Internet connection.  The Payment Methods link is where you can add all required information for your preferred payment methods.  Once a payment is made, you will notice Payrix as the name listed on your bank or credit card transaction report.

School Store & Campus Fees: What's the Difference

There are two ways to pay for items on the School Store:

  • The public School Store allows anyone to purchase items made visible to the public by accessing the School Store link. This link can be found on the homepage of the school’s website and other correspondences.
  • Using a Campus Parent account website or mobile application, parents can use Campus Payments to view and purchase items pertaining only to their child who is enrolled at one of the pilot schools. These are items not meant for the general public and can be made available to a specific group of students (for example, Beta Club, Football, Band, and more).
Online Purchase Precautions?

Please set yourself up for success by using good digital citizenship when you use these or any other online payment or shopping tools. These websites are a good resource for tips.

Why can't I see my child's fees?
  • You must have a child who is currently enrolled in one of the pilot schools for this service
  • You must be marked as your child's guardian in Infinite Campus in order to see your child's fees.
  • Fees can be made visible to parents in multiple ways. Check with your school’s staff (athletics, band, etc) to make sure the fee has been assigned or made available to your child.
What are Campus Parent & Campus Student Accounts?

Campus Parent and Campus Student are free internet and mobile application services offered to all current and active parents, guardians, and students of Bulloch County Schools. The tools provide 24/7 information about a student’s attendance, class schedule, assignments, grades for assignments, tests and class progress, report cards, important announcements and more.

The tool also eliminates paper forms for families by giving them a digital option for the annually required updates to a child’s emergency contacts, address, immunizations, medical history, and free/reduced-price meal applications.

How can I get a Campus Parent Account?

If you have a child enrolled in the school district, you are authorized to activate a Campus Parent account.

  • In summer 2022, the school district created Campus Parent accounts for all parents of enrolled students who did not have one.
    • Use our Campus Parent How to Video to help you access the account, or
    • Look for an email from Messenger with how to activate the account or
    • Visit the Campus Parent login website or download the Campus Parent mobile application from the App Store or Google Play, and use the Forgot Username and Forgot Password function to login.
  • You may also contact your child’s school and school staff can provide you an activation key to create your account.
What payments & Purchases Can I Make?

While some available payment and purchase options may vary by pilot school, these are examples:

  • Purchases from the School Store: ice cream passes, school or event t-shirts, and donations
  • Payments for school fees: athletics, overdue books, field trips, parking passes, prom tickets, or technology
  • At this time, online payments for school meals must still be paid through My School Bucks website or mobile application.
  • Currently, school pictures, high school class rings, and graduation caps and gowns are paid through a third-party vendor's website, you may continue to use this service if available.
