This is a convenient checklist of required documents to register your child for school.

Welcome to Bulloch County Schools. We look forward to partnering with you to guide your child to academic and career success.

Registering for school is for new students only If your child is already a student in our school district and you have moved residences or need to update information, you may do this online in your Campus Parent Portal or contact your child's school.

Important Public Health Notice

The new 2020-2021 school year begins on August 3, 2020. You may now register new students for grades K-12 online at any time. Online registration is the preferred method, and you can follow the steps to do this below. If you are unable to register online, you may contact our schools to make an appointment to register all of your children at your oldest child's zoned school. We have computer kiosks for your use. 

  • Due to increased public health measures during the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), we must use social distance and disinfect common areas and kiosks to ensure safety.
  • Schools can only accept a limited number of appointments.
  • Register soon. Demand for office appointments increases in July.
  • Elementary and middle school offices are open for appointments May 14 -June 10, and then they will reopen again on July 6.
  • High school offices are open May 14 and throughout the summer.
  • Your child does not need to be present during registration.
  • Please limit the number of people who accompany you to our offices at this time.
  • Observe social distancing and public health guidelines.

Registration Steps

Step One - Gather Required Documents

To register a child for school, a parent, guardian, or other person authorized to register the student must provide appropriate documentation.

We register students for school via an online registration tool. You can use either a scanner or a cellular telephone to make digital files of your documents. Then you can upload them in the online system when prompted. 

Here is a Checklist of the required documents.

Please note: Falsification of any information or document required for residency verification or the use of the address of another person without actually residing there may result in the following:

  • Revocation of student enrollment;
  • Being held liable to reimburse the district for expenses incurred to educate this/these student(s); and
  • Civil action from fraud, negligent misrepresentation and negligence.
Step Two - Choose where to register

Choose how you want to register your child:

  • 24-Hour Online Registration; Available year-round: Use any Internet-enabled device you have (computer, tablet, cellular phone, etc.). If you wish to use this method, proceed to Step 3; or
  • Make an appoint to register at a school: Make an appointment to use a computer kiosk at your oldest child's zoned school. If you do not know your school zone, use our online school zone locator. School offices during school hours throughout the school year. This summer, elementary and middle school offices are open for appointments May 14 -June 10, 2020, and then they will reopen again on July 6. High school offices are open May 14, 2020 and throughout the summer.
Step Three - Register Your Child

If you are registering online, choose the option that applies to you:

  • Option One: This is the first child I have ever registered with Bulloch County Schools.  If this statement applies, click on the Register for School graphic on this web page to access our Infinite Campus system and begin the online registration process. If you are on a digital device, this graphic will be at the bottom of this page.  If you are on a desktop computer, it is on the top right of your screen.
  • Option Two: I have other children enrolled with Bulloch County Schools. If this statement applies, Register with this method.
