Student Records Requests
There is a $3.00 processing fee for up to 30 pages of student records, and $0.10 cents per page after that. Payment is due before the records can be released. Our school district accepts cash, cahier's check or money orders.
Complete a Records Request Form from the appropriate school below. Submit a completed and signed form to the school and provide proof of identity and payment either in person or by mail to the appropriate school.
