Employee Benefits & Resources

It is a strategic goal of the Bulloch County Board of Education to attract, retain, and promote effective employees. One of the ways we do this as a public school system and the second-largest employer in Bulloch County is to offer quality health, professional learning, employee assistance, and discounted services benefits for our employees.  Employee benefits are only available to full-time, benefits-eligible employees.  Substitutes, temporary employees, and employees who work at 49  percent time are not benefits-eligible. 

Open Enrollment for Benefits

Bulloch County Schools' annual Open Enrollment occurs each October - November for current employees. For new employees, benefits enrollment is completed as part of your new-hire paperwork.
